Oh, guess what, I did not have a first date after all. There's absolutely no love or romance.
I am obviously not attractive enough to be a love interest, and so I am making another friend who will find other people to love.
Somehow I realized this has happened many times before, and I am not particularly upset.
It's just a false alarm.
I'm hoping for better luck next time.
