"This is the third time I'm driving to the curve. No more mistakes" I told to myself,
I didn't miss the first turn. Yay!
But I missed the second turn and had to go a long way before I can turn back to the same route again.
Gah!
Anyway, I watched Superman with Bryan, Hafiz and his BF at Cathay cinema for the first time. I think the movie is just so so, maybe it's because I wasn't particularly attracted to Brandon Routh. I don't know why but I found myself rooting for James Marsden. I didn't know he was Cyclops in X-men until I checked in the Internet. He looks so gorgeous. We are talking about an actor who was purportedly denied of a role because of his overly handsome face after all.
The story itself was very simple. It was giving me a deja vu as they are reusing a similar plot from that of the last Superman film. Yes, I watched the old original Superman movie starring Christopher Reeve on telly. I know it's a continuation from the original movie, but as far as I can see, there's only one little twist in the story, which was pretty predictable anyway.
I read an article about how the movie attracted a lot of gay attention. It was directed by a director (Bryan Singer) who's said to be gay and the story of a unique person who's unlike everybody else and had difficulty in getting the attention of the one he loves (in the case of Clark Kent) really resonates with the GTLB crowd. His unsuccessful search for his own kind, however, would be terrible if it is to happen to me. Imagine being the only living gay on earth, or universe for that matter.
Overall, it would have been better if Brandon and James showed more skin. Hehe. Oh well, guess I'll just have to search for those shirtless pics from the net.

I didn't know Marsden was in this movie, Hellooooo, buy me a ticket please. DAMN! Yeah, he's yummy with a big Y. Thanks for posting the pics, I'll have to wipe off my monitor after lapping him up... and stop driving on the sidewalk Harvey, I'm really worried about you.
haven watch the movie yet.. somemore brandon not my type also ekeke
Alamak. You lost your way to the curve? How lah! Sorry we had to leave so fast after the movie, and didnt have much time to chit chat. Had to go to KLIA to fetch my boy boy's cousin 830 flight. But luckily the fligth delayed till 950 so managed to be "on time".
anniie: You'll have to clean your monitor. It wouldn't be nice to have the smell of your saliva emanating from the screen, would it? I didn't drive on the sidewalk. I just drive on the wrong way. But don't worry, the destination wasn't very far from my home actually. (That's why I had the guts to drive)
ceusm: Yes! Too bad I could only see his strong muscular arms in the movie.
Hafiz Hector: Yeah, Bryan told me. It's ok, we can meet another time for some bitching session. ^^
hey, tolonglar include me the next time... hee hee
Just a so so movie. Don't know why my eyes were not on the actors. Only concentrate on the story flow. :)
the searcher: Ooo, wanna have an orgy? Hehe, just kidding. I don't even know how to contact you.
bryan: I did concentrate on the story in the beginning. But it got pretty dull and predictable towards the end so I started to ogle at Marsden instead.
i agree, prefer james marsden over brandon any day... those eyes, that chiselled jaw and so so soooo fine bod. hmmmm.
